Privacy Policy
Last updated June 16, 2026
CS Technologies, LLC (“CS Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds privacy-first software. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our guiding principle is simple: collect as little as possible, and your data stays yours.
1. Our approach to privacy
We design our products around privacy by design and data minimization. Wherever practical, the data you create in our apps is stored on your device, under your control — not on our servers. We do not run an advertising business, and we do not sell personal information.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide. If you email us or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your email address and the contents of your message.
- App data. Our applications are designed to keep the information you enter on your device. Except where a specific feature clearly states otherwise, we do not collect, transmit, or have access to that data.
This website is a simple public information page. It does not require an account, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. How we use information
We use the limited information we collect to:
- respond to your questions and provide support;
- operate, maintain, and secure our website and services;
- understand and improve our products; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. How our apps handle your data
Each of our apps is built to keep your records on your device, under your control, so you can view, export, or delete them. Individual apps may describe additional, app-specific privacy details in their App Store listing and on their own websites. Where those app-specific notices apply, they govern the data handled by that app.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We share personal information only in limited circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate (for example, website hosting), bound by confidentiality and permitted to use the data only to provide services to us;
- Legal requirements, when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security; and
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Data retention
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you or as required by law. Data stored on your device remains under your control until you delete it.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights, and deleting your data
Because our apps keep your information on your device, you stay in control of it:
- Delete individual records directly within each app.
- Erase all of your data. Each app includes a Delete all my data option under Settings → Danger Zone that permanently erases your data — and your account, where an app has one. Deleting the app from your device also removes the data stored there.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information and to object to certain uses. To make a request about anything we hold (such as a support email), contact us at hello@cstechnologies.org. We respond consistent with applicable law, including the GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where they apply.
9. International users
CS Technologies operates from the United States. If you access our website or apps from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the United States.
10. Children’s privacy
Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
Our website and apps may link to third-party services, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our individual product sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services; their policies govern your use of them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice of material changes.
