Privacy Policy

CS Technologies Group LLC (“CS Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds privacy-first software. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our guiding principle is simple: collect as little as possible, and your data stays yours.

1. Our approach to privacy

We design our products around privacy by design and data minimization. The records you create in our apps stay on your device, under your control. Where an app uses an account, we store only the basic details needed to provide it — such as your name, email address, and phone number. We do not run an advertising business, and we do not sell personal information.

2. Information we collect

• Account information. Where an app requires an account, we collect the details you provide to create it — such as your name, email address, and phone number — and store them securely with our backend provider to operate your account. Some apps collect additional account or profile details specific to their purpose; each app’s own privacy policy describes exactly what it collects and where it’s stored.
• App records. The records and content you create in an app are kept on your device. Except where a specific feature clearly states otherwise, we do not collect, transmit, or have access to them.
• Information you provide directly. If you email us or otherwise contact us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your email address and the contents of your message.

This website is a simple public information page. It does not require an account, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How we use information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• respond to your questions and provide support;
• operate, maintain, and secure our website and services;
• understand and improve our products; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. How our apps handle your data

Each app keeps the records you create on your device, under your control, so you can view, edit, or delete them. Where an app includes an account, we store the account and profile details needed to provide it. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy with the specifics that govern the data it handles — for example, TrackedPR’s privacy policy.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only in limited circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate — such as our backend, authentication, and hosting providers — bound by confidentiality and permitted to use the data only to provide services to us;
• Legal requirements, when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security; and
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and we delete it when you delete your account (after the short grace period described in Section 8) or when it is no longer needed for the purposes described here. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you or as required by law. Records stored on your device remain under your control until you delete them.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights, and deleting your data

You stay in control of your information, and you can remove it at any time from within the app:

• Delete individual records directly within each app.
• Delete all your app data. Each app includes a Delete all my data option under Settings → Danger Zone that erases the records stored on your device. Deleting the app from your device also removes that data.
• Delete your account. Where an app includes an account, you can permanently delete it from within the app under Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. This erases your account and the personal details associated with it — your name, email address, and phone number. For your protection there is a short grace period of about 72 hours, during which you can cancel from within the app; after that, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information and to object to certain uses. To make a request about anything we hold, contact us at hello@cstechnologies.org. We respond consistent with applicable law, including the GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where they apply.

9. International users

CS Technologies operates from the United States. If you access our website or apps from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the United States.

10. Children’s privacy

Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

Our website and apps may link to third-party services, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our individual product sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services; their policies govern your use of them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice of material changes.
