To help us help you faster
When you write in about an app, it’s useful to include:
- which app and version you’re using;
- your device and operating-system version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 19);
- a clear description of what happened and what you expected; and
- the steps to reproduce the issue, if you can.

Deleting your data
Our apps keep your information on your device, so you’re always in control. To erase everything, open the app and choose Delete all my data under Settings → Danger Zone — this permanently deletes your data, and your account where an app has one. You can also delete individual records inside an app, or remove the app to delete the data it stored. For help with any of this, just email us.
